1. What we collect

Only what's needed to verify you and connect your accounts.

From DiscordUser ID, username, avatar, account creation date

From RobloxUser ID and username — only if you choose to link it

2. Why we collect it

To verify new members and cut down on alt/bot accounts joining the server
To give you one connected profile across Discord, Roblox, and Minecraft
To let staff review flagged joins fairly, with the context behind the flag

We don't use anything collected here for advertising, and we don't sell it.

3. Where it's stored

Everything lives in a private database on our own server — not a third-party analytics or marketing platform. Account age and avatar checks run once at join time to flag review cases; we don't continuously monitor your Discord activity beyond that.

4. Your information and other members

This is also a community rule, not just a policy for us.

5. Your choices

Linking Roblox is entirely optional — the account works without it.
You can ask us to remove your linked Roblox/Minecraft data at any time.
Your Discord record is tied to your membership in the server; leaving removes your reason for having an account here.
